Evangelistic Outreach: Project Southern Sudan 2013

Project Southern Sudan 2013

The recently formed country of Southern Sudan is a prime candidate for an evangelism explosion. Now that it is free from the predominately Muslim controlled country to the north it would be clear that Satan will be against Southern Sudan. Pastors have contacted ETI to go and train them so they can return to their churches to train their congregations. Evangelism Training International has the necessary experience to go into Southern Sudan to train pastors and lay persons alike how to effectively and simply share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. One needs only to research “The Lost Boys of Sudan” to see the needs of Southern Sudan. This group of some 20,000 young boys orphaned or displaced by the Sudanese Civil War which stretched from 1983 clear up to 2005. Some of these Lost Boys were brought to America where they were educated and some have chosen to stay in America while others have returned to their homelands in hopes of rebuilding it. With the predominant religion being Sunni Muslim you can surely understand the urgency to share the love of Jesus Christ with this rather recently formed country. As with the rest of the world, Islam seeks to dominate Southern Sudan by forcing sharia law onto the backs of the Southern Sudanese people. God’s Love must be taken to the Southern Sudanese or they will forever be engulfed in the darkness known as Islam. ETI is prepared to go to Southern Sudan to be used of God to teach these wonderful Sudanese people about the Love of the Lord Jesus Christ. Without these people knowing Jesus they will be swallowed up by the beast known as Islam and will be forever lost. Will you pray and ask God what part he would have you play in our Project Southern Sudan 2013? As you could well imagine, it takes money and other resources to put these training sessions on. While some ministries shy away from discussing financial matters regarding their trip, we here at ETI are glad to make a general outline of expected expenses for prospective donors to read. These figures presented below are estimated based on research as well as our experience in conducting similar trips into the areas where the Project Countries are located. Once you have read these figures we would like to us to ask you to pray for God’s guidance about your own participation in our trip the Southern Sudan. Perhaps you or the company you work for may be interested in sponsoring our trip to Southern Sudan. Or perhaps God’s leading you to sponsor a certain portion of our trip such as the Bibles and supplies or even the vehicle rental.
